The Program

This 8-week journey is designed to build mental and physical strength (AKA make you a savage). It will demand your best. By exercising regularly, adhering to the carnivore diet, optimizing sleep, and managing stress, you will be challenged to become the healthiest & best version of yourself.

Some may use this program to lose weight, others may want to improve their overall health and mood, and others might want to get in great shape. The goals will be different for each person, but the method is the same. The key to each of these outcomes is building mental strength, with that you can take on any challenge.

Changing your diet is hard enough, but overhauling your entire lifestyle and habits around health is completely insane. Fortunately, you’re not alone. I’m here to lead the charge and be your guide. I’ll be your Yoda. Plus, you’ll have the support, encouragement, and inspiration from others in the group, who are all on the same journey.

For my complete beginner athletes, I’m asking you to rise to the challenge. I won’t baby you, but I also won’t give you more than you can handle.

Where is the fire, excitement, and zest for life that I used to have?

While reminiscing with a friend, she noticed I lit up when talking about “The Fitness Odyssey,” an event I created with a few friends that was basically a Spartan Race meets CrossFit.

The event took over 6 hours to complete and involved hundreds of burpees, miles of running, lifting of heavy weights, and countless other tests of physical strength & mental resilience.

At the time my training consisted of CrossFit workouts called “Hero WODs” that I performed with these few crazy friends. We pushed each other to the edge of our physical and mental limits, and beyond. After a workout, the place looked like a battlefield with sweaty and exhausted bodies strewn about and I remember thinking to myself, “Why do we do this to ourselves?”

I just felt so ALIVE! I became addicted to the feeling of finding the edge of my comfort zone, pushing beyond, and discovering that I was capable of more than I thought I was.

How far can I take this? What am I capable of?

I wanted to find out. I wanted to do something so hard that I didn’t think I could do it, not in my current state.

Hence, The Fitness Odyssey was born.

Now, I don’t expect you to be a super athlete or crazy like me. Just that you’re willing to push beyond your comfort zone, bring your best self, and leave nothing on the table.

Why carnivore?

I’ve changed the nutrition component of this program many times over the past 8 years. I started with The Whole 30, then Paleo, and eventually found my way to Keto, which was amazing for fat burning, energy levels, and overall health.

The transformation of keto (plus exercise) was powerful! I thought I could finally rest, having found a sustainable solution for my clients to effortlessly burn fat while remaining healthy and happy, but there was just 1 problem…

While about 50% of program participants achieved amazing results, the other 50% didn’t change much at all. I couldn’t get people (women especially) to eat enough nutrient-dense animal protein & fat to heal and satiate their bodies. They were stuck in an old fashion way of thinking, that a caloric deficit was the only path to weight loss, but this actually leads to starvation and a wrecked metabolism.

In reality, the best way to burn fat is to nourish the body with nutrient-dense foods and gain muscle. This will restore your hormonal and metabolic health, making you a fat-burning machine.

So I decided to try carnivore on myself and a group of 5 ladies to ensure that everyone got enough animal protein & fat. I told them “I’ve never done carnivore before, but I think the results will be great. Are you guys willing to give it a try for 1 month?” And they all agreed to give it a shot.

After 1 month I said, “Ok, anyone is welcome to incorporate fruit or veggies at this time.” And not a single person chose to add fruits or veggies…

They all decided to stick with Carnivore because they felt amazing! There were reports of brain fog clearing, sustained energy throughout the day, reduced cramping and bloating severity during periods, and countless other health improvements.

And for the first time EVER, 100% of the participants achieved amazing results. Everyone gained muscle (about +2kg) and burned fat (about -4kg).

Now I’m not saying anyone needs to stay a carnivore forever, but this is the most powerful healing & fat burning tool that I’ve come across, and I want you to have it in your tool box when you need it.
